Job Overview
- Provide oversight on training deliverables development for the Pickering End of Commercial Operations (PECO) Safe Storage Project
- Oversight to determination of revised station Minimum Complement Roles
- Oversight of systematic approach to training development for Minimum Complement Roles
- Manage training program activities including task analyses, design, development, implementation of training and evaluation of training program effectiveness
- Provide advice and assistance to the Director and/or Manager(s) of Operations Training on issues related to training program effectiveness and trainer capability.
- Liase with Operations Managers to sustain and improved operator performance
Qualifications
- Current or previously authorized as an Authorized Nuclear Operator, or control room supervisor, or Shift Manager at Pickering Nuclear Generating Station
- Familiar with Systematic approach to training
