Role: Program Coordinator - Integration and Support
Location: Tiverton, ON
Duration: 12 months
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Program Coordinator is part of the Long Term Asset Management team interacting directly with internal stakeholders and other contributing parties involved in the delivery of Asset Management related projects.
- Human Performance trending and improvement
- KPI's
- Observation & Coaching Program incl. Devonway
- Event Investigations, performance improvement
- Vendor liaison, integration with construction/project teams
- New to Nuclear (N2N) Program - implementation and monitoring
- Field Observations, PJB, Job Safety reviews
- Constructability Facilitation
- Teaching PM fundamentals
- Helping the constructability process be effective.
- Liaising project teams/FLMs and engaging the FLM early.
- Helping vendors with quality constructability reports, recognizing early potential risks to safety, HU, etc that may present themselves when execution comes around in a project.
Skills & Experience:
- Must have Project Management Experience.
- Nuclear Operations experience preferred.
- Must have a Technical Background (Technician/Technologist desired)
- Must be comfortable leading discussion
- Ability to work effectively with personnel of varying disciplines.
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Must have exceptional planning and organizational skills
