Program Coordinator - PMC, Support & Integration

Location: Tiverton/Bruce Power, May possibly work remote due to COVID 19
Duration: Multi-year contract with 1 year terms
Pay Rate: $40.00 - 65.00/HR Inc'd
Per Diem: $90.00/Day to a maximum of $450.00/Week if applicable

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Program Coordinator will interact directly with internal stakeholders and other contributing parties involved in the delivery projects.

• Human Performance trending and improvement
• KPI's
• Observation & Coaching Program incl. Devonway
• Event Investigations, performance improvement
• Vendor liaison, integration with construction/project teams
• New to Nuclear (N2N) Program - implementation and monitoring
• Safety, Field Observations, PJB, Job Safety reviews
• Constructability Facilitation
• Delivering PM Fundamentals training (post-COVID)

Skills & Experience:

• Must have 5 year + related experience
• Must be comfortable leading discussion
• Ability to work effectively with personnel of varying disciplines.
• Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Must have exceptional planning and organizational skills
