Project Overview
As part of CSS's current support methodology exists a myriad of paper and electronic document repositories. In addition, there is a limited presence of content management workflows to effectively track the processing of benefit applications, manage program and staff performance, and collect data for reporting and informed decision-making. This has reduced the effectiveness and efficiency of the program and service areas' staff when managing Albertan's information and ultimately hindering the ability to be agile in supporting innovation and flexibility in service delivery. As a result the current service delivery landscape has been misaligned (standards and compliance) with the overall GoA strategy plan when it relates to being citizen-centered.
Role is to provide Information Technology guidance & development around integrating with the M365 platform, possible scanning solutions, and bulk content transfer of records from legacy systems.
