What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end hiring—from sourcing standout talent to closing offers
Partner with leaders to build high-performing teams
Hunt for top talent using creative sourcing, social media, networking, and market insights
Engage and assess candidates through dynamic, behavioral-based interviews
Collaborate with HR and Compensation to deliver competitive offers
Track progress, metrics, and results in our ATS

What You Bring
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (technical/engineering preferred)
Strong influencing, consulting, and negotiation skills
A proactive, self-driven mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment

Eligible for Government of Canada Reliability & Secret / NATO Secret clearance
Eligible under U.S. ITAR
