Job Overview

Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support finance transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Partner with finance leadership, project teams, and business stakeholders to understand transformation objectives and ensure alignment.
Identify change impacts across people, processes, and technology, and design interventions to address resistance and drive adoption.
Lead communication efforts to articulate the vision, benefits, and progress of finance transformation projects.
Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and support materials to facilitate user adoption and capability building.
Manage stakeholder engagement and feedback, ensuring concerns are addressed and expectations are managed.
Monitor and report on change management effectiveness, adjusting plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Support business readiness activities, including process mapping, role alignment, and transition planning.
Collaborate with IT, HR, and other functions to ensure integrated change management across the organization.
Act as a champion for continuous improvement and cultural change within the finance function.

Qualifications include:

Proven experience in change management for finance transformation projects, ideally with exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong understanding of finance processes and systems, with the ability to translate technical changes into business impacts.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in designing and delivering training and communication programs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Change Management, or related field.
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
Project management experience is advantageous & agile certification
