Job Overview
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support finance transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Partner with finance leadership, project teams, and business stakeholders to understand transformation objectives and ensure alignment.
- Identify change impacts across people, processes, and technology, and design interventions to address resistance and drive adoption.
- Lead communication efforts to articulate the vision, benefits, and progress of finance transformation projects.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and support materials to facilitate user adoption and capability building.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and feedback, ensuring concerns are addressed and expectations are managed.
- Monitor and report on change management effectiveness, adjusting plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Support business readiness activities, including process mapping, role alignment, and transition planning.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and other functions to ensure integrated change management across the organization.
- Act as a champion for continuous improvement and cultural change within the finance function.
Qualifications include:
- Proven experience in change management for finance transformation projects, ideally with exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and systems, with the ability to translate technical changes into business impacts.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in designing and delivering training and communication programs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Change Management, or related field.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
- Project management experience is advantageous & agile certification
