Summary:
This position is accountable for various activities in the production group engaged in assembly, wiring and testing, of electrical, electromechanical and electronic devices or parts. Ensures production is maintained in accordance with time schedules, engineering specifications, quality standards, and employee safety goals. Assist in maintaining a goal-oriented, safe, and quality-conscious working environment. Some tasks included are Assembly and wiring of Switchgear, Switchboards, Motor Control Center's, and LV/MV Circuit Breakers. Perform electrical testing which includes, High Potential, Contact Resistance, Primary/Secondary Relay injection, Control Wiring, etc. Promotes good safety attitudes and awareness with employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Operations, Suppliers and Customers
* Retrofit competitor's equipment
* Conduct in process inspection and report continuous improvement opportunities
* Troubleshoot machinery/ equipment to identify and correct malfunctions- Assembly and wiring of LV and MV equipment of various equipment per product specifications
SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of MSOffice
* Basic product application knowledge
* Interpersonal communication and listening skills
* Written and verbal skills
* Possess CET/CTech or electrician's/ journeyman electrician's papers
* 5 years work-related experience minimum

* Attend 100% of mandatory safety training arranged by HS&E Department
* Attend 100% monthly department meetings
* Maintain in good condition and wear prescribed Personal Protective Equipment
