Position Overview
Bruce Power is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Planner to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of projects within the nuclear energy sector. The Junior Project Planner will work under the guidance of senior planners and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Support the coordination and management of project activities and resources.
- Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics.
- Prepare project documentation, including progress reports and status updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in project planning, preferably in the energy or construction industry.
