Job Description We are looking for a candidate for a business development position as a Mechanical & Steam Solutions Specialist Representative. As such, your main objective will be to make known to our customers our range of products related to the steam network such as condensate traps, heat exchangers, no condensable vents, etc. To do this, you will work closely with the other members of our team who will target potential customers and establish with you and the Director of Business Development the most effective strategies to promote our technology and grow market share.
Our representatives are considered important technical resources in the eyes of our customers. They build long-term relationships with them in a spirit of trust and respect. That's why we measure the success of our business development team members by the number of productive activities. Sales is not a goal, but a result of successfully sustained and planned activities in collaboration with your colleagues and your Business Development Manager.
Task & Responsibilities :
Plan efficient actions in order to make our portfolio known
Systematically follow-up opportunities
Regularly review your action plan
Demonstrate the range of solutions we offer
Support customers in identifying the most appropriate technology for their needs
Be a strong team member and value the sharing of know-how
Be an active member in the relationship with our suppliers in alignment with our strategies
Perform searches for target customers, improve contacts in the CRM
Give regular feedback to your supervisor
Qualifications:
Diploma in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, building mechanics or equivalent
Have a passion for business development
Relevant experience
Autonomous and organized
Focused on customer service and long-term relationships
Valuing innovation and efficiency.
