Location: Remote with site visits 

Duration: 18 months  

Type of Employment: Contract 
 
Role & Responsibilities: 

• Perform Nuclear Safety Related piping analysis 

• Resolve overstress/fatigue issues 

• Communicate status of work and meet critical deadlines 

• Thoroughly document all basis and results as directed 

• Work across a vast range of technical teams to define, obtain and understand inputs as well as deliver detailed outputs to downstream customers. 

• Work as a part of a diverse engineering team 

• Travel to site when requested to support workshops/training, etc. 

 
Qualifications / Requirements: 

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering (Other Engineering Disciplines may be acceptable based on work experience) 

• Minimum 10 years of experience in piping design and analysis 

• Min 3 years of experience performing ASME Section III Class 1 piping analysis with Fatigue evaluations. 

• Experience using Hexagon PIPESTRESS software to perform ASME analysis 

• Strong technical communication skills 

Additional Desired Characteristics 

• Nuclear industry knowledge and experience with Boiling Water Reactor design and operation.
