Job Posting: Senior Program Manager
We are looking for a driven Senior Program Manager to lead our project team in successfully delivering defined scopes within set timelines and budgetary limits. This position is in our Calgary, Alberta office and reports directly to the Vice President of Operations (Canada).

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to move to Calgary, AB before starting work.
- Work Location: In person.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all project and program work, collaborating across various departments, including engineering, operations, and international divisions.
- Partner with the corporate office and project team to develop annual forecasts for each fiscal year.
- Execute complex acquisition and support programs related to defense.
- Organize, coordinate, and direct project activities both internally and externally.
- Establish and manage governance for projects.
- Lead, motivate, and provide direction to the entire project team.
- Build and keep strong relationships with customers.
- Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with all stakeholders.
- Lead planning efforts and resolve resource conflicts across concurrent projects.
- Consult with the Business Development team.
- Prepare and deliver detailed project status reports.
- Integrate project outputs to meet stakeholder needs.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed time, cost, quality, and benefit parameters.
- Willingness to travel 25-30%.
- Manage budgets and schedules, including the annual operating plan for contracts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience managing aircraft integration projects and/or programs.
- A minimum of 10 years managing contracts valued at $50M or more.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMI/PMP Certification.
- Experience in Electronic Systems Integration.
- Familiarity with consulting for governmental defense agencies.
- A positive outlook, strong initiative, and enjoyment of teamwork.
