Position: ServiceNow Support
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: upon security clearance.
Pay Rate: $50 - 85.00/HR Inc'd
Resumes due by May 3 at 1PM.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Regular maintenance and updates to the ServiceNow ITSM and HR platform
- Enhancements in the form of additional services, workflows or integrations for the existing ServiceNow ITSM and HR platform
- Provide upgrade assistance and remediation of defects
- Plan release schedule
- Tailor out of the box service portal templates (themes and logos)
- Configure labels and views
- Reference information from other records
- Add reference fields
- Add related lists
- Personalize forms
- Assist with configuration of CMDB
- Create update sets for changes
- Configure UI Actions
- Configure reports
- Configure service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs)
- Configure role delegation
- Configure notification activities
- Update designated requestor(s)
- Enhancements and new functionality as requested.
- Provide advice on implementation of enhancements and new projects with ServiceNow
Qualifications:
- must be a Certified Servicenow administrator
