Job Title: Records Management Clerk - Intermediate (File Room Project)
Project Overview
In order to facilitate this move, all the files in our current location need to be reviewed, inventoried, indexed, boxed, moved (or disposed of depending of their status), filed in the new location and then audited to ensure accuracy.
Our current file room has:
- 200,000 - 220,000 student files
- 4000 to 6000 Scholarships, program, and system files
File Management team is taking over the File Room and will work closely with the Records personnel to provide a complete filing management suite of service for this move. We are looking to hire 2 resources from this requisition to help us with this project.

Description of Services
The records management clerk helps to identify, arrange and maintain records for compliance and risk management.
Duties will include the following but are not limited to:
- Review files determine retention and archiving periods.
- Paper and electronic filing.
- Lifting file boxes up to 30 lbs.
- Create inventory lists.
- Interpret records management regulations & policies.
