Job Overview

• Lead Training Analysis activities:
• Provide oversight of Training Analysis Subject Matter Experts
• Establish and ensure completion of deliverables to schedule
• Review deliverables (Training Needs Analysis, Training Plans, Training Reports)
• Ensure activities are performed in accordance to OPGs Systematic Approach to Training
• Ensure all regulatory commitments are met
• Support internal and external audits
• Identify, communicate and address risks
• Provide oversight of Training Development and Delivery work groups:
• Provide oversight of Training Development and Delivery work group activities
• Ensure completion of deliverables to schedule
• Ensure activities performed in accordance to OPGs Systematic Approach to Training
• Ensure all regulatory commitments are met
• Identify, communicate and address risks
• Tracking, documentation and reporting of Training activities:
• Monitor and track activities to completion
• Prepare Training metrics and reports
• Maintain accurate documentation of Training activities and databases
• Communicate and present status of Training activities to stakeholders
• Review and update procedures as required

Qualifications

• Requires a technical background, this normally acquired through completion of university degree in a relevant program.
• Experience with OPGs processes and programs, this is normally acquired though previous work experience with OPG and is preferred.
• Familiarity with OPGs Systematic Approach to Training, leadership, or project management experience is a preferred asset.
• Proficiency with MS 360 programs (SharePoint, MS Forms, PowerBI) considered an asset.
