Job Overview:
- Lead and guide the Al product strategy, vision, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals and market needs.
- Lead business leaders through the IT Business planning process, coordinating and managing inter-organizational prioritization of projects. Collect and assemble business input for annual CIO business planning process. Ensure customers/business users' needs are met
- Define and prioritize Al product backlog items based on business value. customer needs. and technical requirements. ensuring a clear articulation of product goals and features.
- Establish and monitor critical metrics and KPls to evaluate product success and inform future development priorities.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between the technical team, the innovation team, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative Al products. Monitor. report progress. resolve conflicts. and handle changing requirements and priorities. Act as liaison between business and the IT Service Delivery Organizations
- Own relationship with the analytics communications and change management teams to support product launches.
- Keep abreast of the latest business developments, priorities, plans, strategies, and business needs. Monitor. interpret, and recommend responses to potential business changes from both internal and external sources.
- Have insight into and appreciation of client needs, priorities, and goals. Identify potential improvements to existing systems and identify new information system requirements.
- To meet changing business objectives, develop strategies, identify opportunities, assess, develop and recommend initiatives to enable cost savings, enhance value and/or provide information improvements across customer business units.
- Help define product ROI.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory completion of a 4 year University education
- Minimum experience of over 4 years in Artificial Intelligence (Al). Machine Learning (ML) or Technical Products Proven experience driving business value
- Experience with communicating business value from data science projects to non-technical stakeholders
