Program Leadership
Take command of high-visibility avionics projects from kickoff to delivery—on time, on budget, and built for the skies.
Lead cross-functional squads across engineering, quality, and procurement with confidence and clarity.
Report program status to senior leadership and stakeholders with strategic insight and technical precision.
Guarantee compliance with global aviation standards (FAA, EASA, and more).
System Design & Integration
Oversee the full lifecycle of avionics systems: from blueprint to airframe integration.
Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot, refine, and ensure seamless integration into aircraft electrical systems.
Drive certification and performance benchmarks, turning complex technology into operational excellence.
Test, Validate, Optimize
Lead dynamic test campaigns—validation, verification, and fault-finding included.
Analyze system behavior, diagnose issues, and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions.
Ensure all systems meet or exceed stringent safety and regulatory criteria.
Technical Documentation & Reporting
Own and maintain precise, industry-compliant documentation.
Create powerful reports that support internal reviews, certification processes, and client transparency.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination
Build strong partnerships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring top-notch components delivered on spec and on time.
Manage external contributors to keep projects streamlined and quality assured.
⚖️ Compliance & Safety Focus
Champion a safety-first culture with rigorous audits, risk assessments, and regulatory alignment.
Ensure every design and decision meets the highest operational and safety standards.
️ What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, Avionics, or related field (Master’s? Even better!)
3–5 years in avionics systems or aerospace program management.
Real-world experience with avionics testing, integration, and troubleshooting.
Deep knowledge of avionics design and certification workflows.
Familiarity with communications, navigation, flight control, and radar systems.
Proficiency with simulation tools and testing hardware/software.
Bonus: FAA Part 145/121 or equivalent certifications.
Strong project management chops (Agile, Scrum, PMBOK welcomed).
