Role: Construction Coordinator (Intermediate)
Duration: 05/20/2024 to 05/20/2025
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Rotation: Monday to Thursday each week, 40hr per weeks

Role Description / Key Responsibilities
Providing planning and coordination through 2024 and beyond for an annual Infrastructure Refurbishment campaign including various work scopes and areas around the mill site. The project coordinator position will have equal reporting to the Projects Construction Managers as well as to the Key Lake Mill Manager to ensure the work scope is being executed in a well-planned and timely manner. The work will include planning and coordinating multiple small shutdowns throughout the year to replace various deteriorated assets around the site.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Creating, maintaining and communicating the work schedule
Planning and recording operations downtime required to complete the work in conjunction with the Mill Manager
Estimating and communicating construction timelines in conjunction with the Construction Manager and contractor
Regular communication and reporting to Mill Operations and Mill Process groups
Identifying and communicating the shutdown requirements with support of Mill Operations.
Planning the construction work to maximize the construction time during the shutdowns to optimize the probability of successful and timely installations.
Communicate timelines and roles and responsibilities for temporary process work arounds (electrical feeds, temporary hoses instead of piping, etc.)
Skills / Previous Experience
•Prior experience using mobile devices including field tablets
•Prior experience in construction considered an asset
•Strong organizational skills required
