We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Aircraft Trim and Finisher to join our aerospace production team on a contract basis. This role involves the precise trimming, fitting, and finishing of both structural and interior aircraft components. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with composites, cabin interiors, and/or structural assemblies, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering superior workmanship in line with stringent aviation standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
Trim, fit, and install interior aircraft elements such as seating, carpet, panels, and liners.
Perform accurate cutting, bonding, and finishing of composite and metal materials.
Interpret technical drawings, work orders, and engineering specifications.
Adhere to all internal quality protocols and aviation safety regulations.
Conduct sanding, sealing, filling, and cosmetic finishing of components.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices effectively.
Document completed work in compliance with regulatory and company procedures.
Coordinate with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in trim and finish tasks, preferably within the aerospace sector.
Familiarity with composite fabrication, adhesive bonding, and surface treatment methods.
Excellent attention to detail and high-precision workmanship.
Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation and drawings.
Strong hand-eye coordination and experience working with small-scale tools.
