Role: Maintenance Scheduler
Contract Duration: 10/11/2023 to 10/10/2024
Work Schedule: 2wks in/ 2wks out 11 hours per day
Location: Saskatoon, SK - flights out of Saskatoon to Key Lake, SK

Role Description / Key Responsibilities

• Review and screen incoming maintenance work requests (notifications) with Asset Owners for validity, quality, and priority
• Development of weekly 7d Maintenance Schedule, in conjunction with Asset Owners and Maintenance Leaders
• Monitoring and adjustment of 24hr maintenance schedule for progress and coordination between Maintenance and Operations teams
• Processing and assignment of all SAP generated routine maintenance tasks
• Facilitation of daily Notification review meeting, daily schedule update and coordination meeting, and weekly scheduling meeting
• Rapid response planning of short notice corrective work requirements
• Other tasks as assigned

Skills / Previous Experience

• CMRP/MMP/AMP
• Advanced knowledge of SAP PM, Work Management & Master Data
• Proficient with MS Office products
• Advanced experience with Prometheus GWOS
