Job Description:

• Development and deployment of a suite of current business intelligence tools (i.e. dashboards)  in the form of analytics managed service that will provide business insights from the operational  data (e.g. Primavera P6, Maximo, and EDW) at Bruce Power. 
• Build and maintain data systems to deliver metrics reporting tools and dashboards to manage and control performance of  outage preparation, planning and execution. 
• Scope will include in collaboration with the Work Management Innovation & Reporting section standing up databases in a DEV and PROD instance and supporting the rewrite of existing on prem ETLs and migrating existing reports to an Azure cloud instance. 
• Data analyst to design and develop new innovative solution or reporting to  support the Outage and Online Work Management processes and deliverables under the 2024 &  2025 Bruce Power Excellence Plan. 
• The Consultant shall manage, supervise and oversee the Work products prepared on behalf of Bruce Power, including all such Work performed by the Resources, and the Consultant shall be  responsible for ensuring all deliverables are completed in accordance with project requirements,  including the applicable schedule, cost/budget, and quality assurance requirements specific to each of the scope of Work.  The Consultant shall provide continued planning support by way of  managed services to Bruce Power.

• Outage Scoping Dashboard 
• Outage Scope Stability Report
• Milestone Performance Reports (also under Outage Milestone Adherence workspace) 
• Outage Specific Execution Dashboards 
• Outage Specific Walkdown Reports  
• Outage Specific Execution Booklets
• Outage Specific Pre‐Req Burndown Reports 
• Outage Specific Clearance Order Lookahead Reports
• Backlog Metrics Report (KPI related reporting)

Reporting Requirements:

• Work breakdown structure, schedule including milestones and status reports associated with  each major scope of support services work.
• Weekly update of schedule task and milestone completion.
