As the Senior CNC Programmer, you’ll be the go-to expert—engineering world-class CNC strategies, optimizing workflows, guiding cross-functional teams, and partnering with customers and suppliers to deliver safe, high-quality, on-time results.
What You’ll Do
Lead CNC programming strategy, new product launches, and advanced manufacturing initiatives.
Create, refine, and optimize CNC programs for speed, precision, and cost efficiency.
Review drawings and 3D models to engineer the smartest machining sequences.
Design tooling and fixtures that elevate performance and repeatability.
Oversee first article builds, ensure quality compliance, and keep projects on schedule.
Mentor engineers and technicians while staying ahead of industry advancements.
Drive risk reduction, process improvement, and standard machining best practices.
What You Bring
10+ years programming 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and lathes in high-precision environments, plus 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
Expertise machining super alloys (Inconel, titanium, nickel alloys).
Proficiency with Fanuc/Siemens controls, Fanuc Macro, Renishaw probing, and CNC machine operation.
Mastery of Mastercam, Cimco Edit, Vericut, and strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD).
Deep knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, GD&T, AS9100, and inspection practices.
Strong communicator, problem-solver, and cost-saving innovator.
