Job Overview

• Supporting Performance Improvement functional areas including reviewing Corrective Action Plan (CAPs), assisting in the development of CAPs including Vendor Corrective Action Process. Reviewing all Station Condition Records (SCRs).
• Coordinating, performing, or leading self-assessments (SAs) and validation of trends (VOTs). and Benchmarking.
• Support with data management, develop metrics, PowerBI reports. Tracking and trending data to proactively identify gaps,
• Lead investigations for any adverse conditions under the Enterprise Projects organization.
• Working with SCR, Corrective Action Process including Vendor Corrective Action Process., Benchmarking and Self Assessments.
• Working with OPEX and lesson learned.
• Working with Project Managers on Vendor Corrective Action Process and Oversight
• Supporting Darlington & Pickering Refurbishment Projects, Enterprise Project Management Organization

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in building effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience with Engineering principles and techniques.
• Proficient in developing executive level presentation materials, executive summaries, project documentation and reports.
• Proficient in collecting and analyzing data using MS Office tools.
• Demonstrated technical skills and the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Additional skills will include familiarity with MS VISO, MS Office, Power Bl Reporting
• Project Management Experience is an asset..
