Location: Rochester, NY

Type of Employment: Contract 1 year - can be extended annually 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and co-ordinate access and permission rights to the Document Management System for staff and external contractors.
• Support Engineering Dept. Stamping P&C Drawings.
• Support, monitor and review suppliers and Contractor Documentation.
• Undertake training sessions on Document Management Systems with staff and external contractors.
• Attend project Kick off Meetings as required.
• Administration of records, drawings, and documents in accordance with the Quality Management System and other specifications.
• Establish and maintain project drawings registers.
• Establish individual project document transmittals.
• Coordinate the project Final File with Construction and Drawing Office.
• Coordinate final project archive.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Document Management Systems with particular emphasis placed on document control procedures.
• Ability to interpret and present information in a logical and orderly manner.
• Strong IT and administration skills.
• Experience of ISO 9001 Quality Management.
• Inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to form effective working relationships with other individuals, departments, and businesses.

• Excellent Literacy skills.
• Proven ability to work within a changing workload to agreed timescales.
• Be a proficient IT user on word, Excel, and a recognized database software package
