What You’ll Be Up To:

Perform hands-on work (and sign off with pride!) using certified processes
Detect and report any un-airworthy conditions—including the tough stuff
Use calibrated tools to make precise decisions
Own your tasks—your signature and stamp will carry weight
Execute aircraft repairs, mods, and maintenance per approved procedures
Get to know the MPM and related processes like the back of your hand
