Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to support major projects at Darlington Nuclear Generating Station. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects within the nuclear sector, with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and compliance within regulated environments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an emerging project leader looking to advance within Ontario’s nuclear industry.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of EPC projects in a nuclear environment, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
• Support project planning, execution, and closeout activities in alignment with nuclear safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, risk assessments, and change control documentation.
• Prepare and deliver project status and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to site procedures, safety standards, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Security clearance (must be current or eligible).

• 4 to 6 years of project management or related experience leading EPC projects in the nuclear sector (experience at Bruce Power or OPG preferred).
• Educational background in Engineering (preferred).
• Strong understanding of nuclear project governance, safety protocols, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, and schedules in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience with crane replacement or refurbishment projects considered an asset.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an asset.
