Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Managers to support major projects at Darlington Nuclear Generating Station. The ideal candidates will bring extensive experience managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects within the nuclear industry, demonstrating strong leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of EPC projects in a nuclear environment, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

Oversee project planning, execution, and closeout activities while maintaining compliance with nuclear safety and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to deliver project milestones efficiently.

Manage budgets, forecasts, risk assessments, and change control processes.

Prepare and present regular project performance reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Ensure adherence to site procedures, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
Qualifications

Security clearance (must be current or eligible).

8+ years of progressive experience managing EPC projects within the nuclear industry, preferably at Darlington (DNGS) or Pickering (PNGS). Experience at Bruce Power will also be considered.

Proven experience in managing large-scale projects involving complex systems, infrastructure, or equipment installation.

Experience with crane replacement or refurbishment projects is considered a strong asset.

PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
