Job Overview
- Program Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for the SAP S/4HANA implementation, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements, gain buy-in for the ERP project, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary team of project managers, functional consultants, technical experts, and external vendors to deliver the ERP solution on time and within budget.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and consulting partners, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate user adoption of the new ERP system, including training programs, communication plans, and organizational readiness assessments.
- Quality Assurance: Establish processes and metrics to monitor the quality of deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle, conducting regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices, maintaining proper documentation and controls throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes, enhance system performance, and maximize the value of the SAP S/4HANA investment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP ERP implementation projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including hands-on experience with implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate) and migration tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Solid understanding of business processes across functional areas (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing) and their integration within an ERP system.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) and SAP S/4HANA (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or healthcare.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud.
