Administrator, CMT
Position: Administrator, CMT
Location: Saskatoon Corporate Office based, flexible work location (office or remote)
Days/Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 8 hrs per day, 40 hours per week
Start Date: July 12, 2022 or sooner depending on candidate availability and project requirements
End Date: December 31, 2022, possible extension
Resumes due by End of Day, May 25th.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the construction management team (CMT)
- Manage coordination of contractor mobilization and ongoing support, including administration of pre-mobilization deliverables, flights, training, request for information (RFIs), site instructions (SIs), and other construction documents between contractor and construction management team
- Administer document control processes with efficiency
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4-9 years of related experience
- Self starter, able to learn and apply new concepts, software and use of tools quickly and independently
- Solid interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work is critical
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Previous experience in construction, engineering or project management work environments an asset
- Cameco requires all assigned resources contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
