Responsibilities:

Work from instructions provided in the form of assembly books and visual aids;

Use templates and position VAP components, engineering drawings or other material provided by the Methods Department;

Drill to prescribed tolerances, apply sealants and install required fasteners in accordance with engineering specifications;

Meet prescriptive deadlines as directed by the Methods Department and comply with the Quality Assurance document;

Comply with health, safety and environmental standards;

Ensure compliance with production standards and rates;

Any other related duties as per experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:

DEP in aerospace structural assembly or;

AEC in aircraft maintenance with experience as an assembler in the aeronautical field or Fast-track training in aircraft structures

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an assembler in the aeronautical field
