Marketing Operations Specialist
- Contract Duration: 3-6 months, possible temp-hire
- Location: Hybrid preferred- 3 days in office/ 2 remote- If required, this job can also be fully remote.

- Pay rate: Hourly market rates/ T4
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist to join our client who are a leader in the FinTech industry. Joining their dynamic Marketing team, the Marketing Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining technology, database, and processes to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and overall program success.
This role will be responsible for setting-up and executing campaigns, supporting Sales or Marketing technologies, database accuracy/cleanliness, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between various internal stakeholder teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute new outbound campaigns within Marketo.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
- Manage campaign member data, including normalization, enrichment, and validation.
- Ensure best practices for data governance, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead marketing automation efforts in various regions, including campaign setup, nurturing, and campaign personalization to drive engagement and conversion.
- Ensure the alignment of technology, data, and processes to support campaign goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement between the Marketing/Sales/Business Development teams and implement streamlined workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in sales follow-up processes.
Requirements
- Must have 2-3 years of hands-on technical experience with marketing automation systems, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua or Pardot.
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue or marketing operations, technology, and data management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- 2-3 years of experience working within Salesforce.
- Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Segment) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
