Morson Talent is seeking Owners Engineers (OE) to provide technical support and oversight during early-stage engineering and design integration. This role will focus on advancing project readiness, supporting technology requirements, and identifying integration risks for complex infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities

• Interface with engineering vendors and review site readiness documentation.
• Participate in technical review meetings, providing comments and ensuring resolution.
• Identify compatibility risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support brownfield integration activities and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Flag constructability, regulatory, and design gaps to project leadership.
• Discipline-Specific Focus
• Civil: Site grading, drainage, subsurface/foundation review, brownfield logistics.
• Mechanical: Cooling feasibility, piping conflicts, service relocation.
• Electrical / I&C: Power demand, cable routing, transformer/switchyard integration.

Required Experience

• Infrastructure or nuclear site development.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (CNSC, NRC, IAEA).
• Early-stage civil, mechanical, or electrical design experience.
