Job Summary: The Project Engineer at Bruce Power Nuclear plays a crucial role in the planning, execution, and completion of various engineering projects within the nuclear facility. This position involves overseeing projects that span multiple engineering disciplines, ensuring successful collaboration and integration of diverse technical aspects. The engineer will be responsible for coordinating with various teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in a relevant discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Nuclear, Chemical, etc.).
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation is preferred. Must be eligible or working towards.
- 2 - 7 years experience is preferred.
- Extensive experience in project engineering, with a focus on multi-disciplinary projects in the nuclear industry. Previous job titles include: project engineers, field engineers, field team leads, modification team leads, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of nuclear engineering principles, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects within budget and schedule constraints.
