Max INC Rate: $69.81/hr
Max T4 Rate: $59.16/hr
Role Overview
The Project Manager will work within the Distribution Design and Customer Connections (DDCC) organization, leading the delivery of strategic customer connection initiatives. This role is responsible for managing a high volume of complex, high-profile, and time-sensitive customer projects, while coordinating across multiple internal stakeholders to meet mandated timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.

Manage multiple concurrent customer connection projects with varying levels of complexity, risk, and stakeholder involvement.

Collaborate closely with internal delivery partners including Distribution Design, Engineering, Line Field Operations, Construction Services, Program Contract Management, Environment, Indigenous Relations, and Safety.

Establish and maintain strong, influential working relationships with key operational groups and Key Accounts.

Monitor program performance, forecast workload and resource requirements, and control schedules and budgets.

Prepare and deliver clear project status updates, dashboards, and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Apply appropriate project delivery models and contracting strategies to support successful outcomes.
Must-Have Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in program or project management.

Demonstrated delivery of high-complexity and/or high-value projects or programs, preferably within a utility, engineering, or construction environment.

Intermediate technical knowledge in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Technical, Trade, Business, or Sciences), with general knowledge across other disciplines.

Strong understanding of project and program management principles, delivery methodologies, and contracting approaches.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to operate effectively in an unstructured environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and report on progress using tools such as Excel and Tableau.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Assets

Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (PMP) or equivalent.

Engineering degree or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
