Administration Assistant
Location: Port Hope, Ontario 
 Duration: 6 Months (Can be extended/converted to permanent)  
 Hourly Rate: $20 - 24/hour  
 
 
 Job Summary 
- Electronic filing of incoming subcontractor documents
- Cross Referencing Contractor Invoices
- Communicating with subcontractors and requesting information from them
- Updating various Excel based trackers
- Completing various forms for personnel security clearances
- Checking company invoice Microsoft Outlook Mailboxes
 Skills
- Strong use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong Communicator
- Detail Oriented.
