Bilingual Logistics Warehouse Supervisor
Embedded in the Customer Service in Bagotville, QC, the Warehouse Supervisor will use their knowledge of supply chain processes and excellent leadership skills to ensure the department is successful in storing, handling, and distributing aviation components to support daily operations.

Day shift Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate: La Baie, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Are you eligible to obtain a Government of Canada Security Clearance that is required for this position? To be eligible, you must be a Canadian Citizen as well as have resided in Canada for 10+ years.

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership role to the CF18 Supply Technician team at Bagotville.
Oversee the receiving, shipment and control, and distribution of aircraft components to support day-to-day Squadron operations at the Main Operating Base (MOB).
Organization of deployment pack up kits
Coordination of Packing and handling of all materiel at the Customer Service Window using established process and procedures
Support various other warehousing/stores related projects.
Manage the customer relationship between the Squadrons and repairs shops.
Prepare employee reviews for the team.
Report any health and safety issues to management.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma
Five years of experience leading an inventory management team.
Five years experience working with a database system (i.e. SAP) of any type
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office tools including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Substantial knowledge of Warehouse process.
Meticulous attention to detail in document revision and control.
Customer service focused with strong interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work a rotating day and evening shift period (Mon-Fri) and be willing to be ‘on-call’ outside of regular working hours when required.
Bilingual in French and English
Preferred Requirements:
Familiar with ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality System processes associated with configuration and data management
Five years of experience using the system ‘DRMIS’
