Project: Class 7 Shipping Support for CNL

Duration: 6 - 12 months

Location: Pinawa, MB

Job Overview

• Perform the duties of a Class 7 qualified shipper
• Perform the duties of a RP Assessor
• Finalize CWP configuration, Asset Suite Interfaces, extent of task input and ties to P6
• Report assessing status at RP weekly and bi-weekly meetings
• Work with other department representatives to ensure all RP and Conventional related issues (like work protection permitry, rubber area tasks, etc..) are resolved and coordination of RP work outage windows and implications for CWPs
• Project Specific Assessing issues:
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve conflict areas, finalize processes.
• It is anticipated that extensive feedback with Refurb work control will be required
• Project Specific Class 7 Shipping issues:
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve conflict areas and finalize processes regarding Class 7 shipments.
• It is anticipated that extensive feedback with Refurb work control will be required

Qualifications

• Class 7 shipping experience in a CANDU or other Nuclear facility is mandatory
• Past experience in Project, IPG or Planned Outage based work preferred
• Knowledge of assessing and shipping in an Asset Suite or Passport system mandatory
• Experience in Work Preparation/Co-Ordination.
