Role: Crib Master
Duration: 12 months
Location: Tiverton, ON
Skills/Knowledge
- Experienced knowledge and use of CribMaster software in an industrial setting for management of tools, disposables and calibrated instruments.
- Understanding of ability to manage/add/remove Cribs/Bins/Items and role assignments in CribMaster
- Knowledge and understanding of basic data formats to work with IT on bulk uploads of new items where required
- Process analysis for defining and communicating new uses/process flows for use of CribMaster within the MCR teams.
- Prior setup and use of CribMaster vending units – in particular Prolock units is a definite asset
- Group instruction/facilitation experience
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to utilize Microsoft tools for presentation, job aids or other communication purposes
Accountabilities
- Oversight of daily use as virtual tracking service for non-FCFR MCR groups including vending units that are particular to construction and RP teams.
- Onboarding of new users – assignment of roles, instruction on entry standards
- Setup of cribs/bins for teams/vending units in future
- Setup and maintenance of MCR vending units established for distribution of RP instrumentation and vault comms equipment
- Provide guidance to users on how to use CribMaster to field questions/troubleshooting
- Escalation point to IT for issues BSA cannot resolve
- Monitor data quality and feedback to MCR end users to keep things from getting off the rails
- Representation for MCR (non FCFR) at the Monthly working group to advise on enhancement priority and collaborate with BSA peers to drive consistency of use
