Looking for an experienced, licensed Manufacturing Engineer to develop and improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, troubleshooting manufacturing systems, equipment selection, SCADA scope design & implementation, equipment maintenance, operations procedure design and operator training.

Requirements:
Must have experience working in a manufacturing plant in an engineering capacity for 3-5 years
Must have 2-4 years experience with SCADA systems troubleshooting (MODBUS, OPC/UA, HMI's, Automation Ignition)
Must have 3-5 years designing, implementing and managing systems for statistical process control and analysis
Must be organized and have inventory management experience.
Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications
Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial field
Strong work ethic
Job Responsibilities:
Design, implement and manage operating procedures and train floor staff on same
Design scope of plant SCADA improvements
Troubleshoot, maintain & improve plant central control and SCADA systems
Analyze production data for variances, root cause analysis
Develop in depth knowledge of all process line equipment and train operators on all equipment
Develop lessons learnt and knowledge retention for all plant operations
Management, troubleshooting and continual improvement of inventory management system for all raw materials, consumables, work-in progress and finished goods
Implement APQP systems at shop floor level
Demonstrate safety excellence through leadership by example
Participate in EHS activities as required
Flexibility for day or afternoon shifts
