Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer with direct experience at either Ontario Power Generation (OPG) or Bruce Power (BP) in a Field Team Lead (FTL) or Modification Team Lead (MTL) role. The successful candidate will join an active nuclear project team based in Pickering and must bring a go-getter attitude, strong execution capability, and demonstrated experience within the unique environment of OPG or BP.


Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the FTL/MTL on assigned projects, supporting end-to-end project execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, field execution teams, and plant operations to ensure project milestones are met.
• Interpret engineering packages and drive field implementation in a safe, efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with plant procedures, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
• Support constructability reviews, work planning, and schedule development.
• Monitor field progress and troubleshoot issues during project execution.
• Lead or support walkdowns, field scoping, and turnover activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Previous experience working as an FTL or MTL on projects at OPG or Bruce Power.
• Mandatory: Must currently hold valid plant access and security clearance for Pickering or Bruce Power.
• 3+ years of nuclear project engineering experience.
