Duties & Responsibilities:
Under the general direction of the Project Director, the Project Manager will assist in the planning, documentation preparation, coordination, and scheduling of activities within their assigned task(s) of work. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with the Contract. In addition to performing Shoreline/FCFR project duties, individual may also provide leadership for United team members on site, working with United executive management working with the Shoreline Joint Venture.

Requirements · 5-10 years’ experience in project execution · 2-5 years of related Project Management experience · Experience with coordinating/managing Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) work · Ability to successfully coordinate a construction project
Education University degree or College diploma in construction or civil engineering technology, or project management is required
