Senior Engineering Manager


Location: Oshawa, ON
Hybrid: Yes, 2 Days In-Office
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent 
Salary Range: $130 - 160k (+Benefits, RRSP and Bonus Structure)

Responsibilities: 

• Act as Owner’s Engineer: Provide engineering input, oversight, and assurance for procured services/products to meet HTO design, COMS quality, and safety standards.
• Act as Smart Buyer: Prescribe equipment needs, manage procurement, perform quality assurance inspections.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in electrical/mechanical engineering.
• Conduct and support engineering governance, oversight, and compliance efforts.
• Monitor technical work to ensure alignment with corporate policies, standards, and laws.
• Oversee engineering input for project planning, including concept studies and scoping.

Qualifications: 

• University Degree in Engineering 
• 10+ Years working experience within design of nuclear projects 
• 5+ Years managing a team within nuclear projects 
• Professional Engineer of Ontario, P.Eng. is mandatory
